He said the quiet part out loud

a phrase used as a reply or quote to a user who voiced an opinion that was somewhat controversial.  Generally, the opinion will include more explicit and direct language as opposed to vague references; thus representing the ‘quiet part’ being ‘said out loud’.

Blue Check #1: “The United States needs to put a moratorium on immigration from 3rd world countries.”


Blue Check #2: “Wow, he really said the quiet part out loud, didn’t he?”
