a phrase used to signal that the remainder of the tweet will involve information that is old and/or has been said before.  Used sarcastically, the author usually harps on something that the majority of the population simply doesn’t care about.

Ex. “Stop me if you’ve heard this before: Ron DeSantis calls Donald Trump a ‘good friend’.”
